And here’s something else about the rescuing – not all the rubble that needs to be moved is the big stuff that only males can handle. A lot of it is small stuff that could be handled by women, thereby freeing men up to do the heavy stuff, and so speeding up rescues. Yet where are the women? I guess women care so much about those trapped under the rubble that they are willing to let them rot rather than work up a sweat!

Men are primarily doing the work of rescuing people because it is dangerous and obviously, you can’t expect the women to do it after all they’ve been through.

Notice on all the footage that it is predominantly MEN who are doing the rescuing.
