“Oh, the poor oppressed wiminz!”

Like a fundamentalist loon blithering about the End of Days , Naomi Wolf wannabe Jessica Valenti has stormed into the offices of the once respectable Washington Post screaming and ranting about how bad the western woman has it!

Unlike any sensible newspaper, the Washpost decided to actually publish her screed, a reality-deprived rant in which Valenti tells us that all the progress women have made is naught but a patriarchally induced hallucination, an illusion meant, as is everything else in existence, to keep the wiminz in their place…

“We cry with Oprah and laugh with Tina Fey; we work and take care of our children ( except for Valenti, who has thankfully kept her DNA to herself); we watch Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice proudly and sigh with relief, believing we’ve come so far. But we’re basking in a “girl power” moment that doesn’t exist — it’s a mirage of equality that we’ve been duped into believing is the real thing. “

And, as she has done before, Valenti is quick to once again use Scumbag Sodini’s murderous rampage as an excuse to push her agenda…

“After all, women are being shot dead in the streets here, too. It was only last year that George Sodini opened fire in a gym outside Pittsburgh, killing three women and injuring nine others. Investigators learned from Sodini’s blog that he specifically targeted women.”

Why such an example is pertinent is anyone’s guess, as most women murdered aren’t even killed by woman-haters like Sodini. But you see, telling us about Jane Doe being killed for her purse doesn’t work up the same level of anger as women being killed simply for being women, so Sodini it is!

This poor woman’s Gloria Steinem also mentions that…

“In 2006, a gunman went into an Amish schoolhouse in Pennsylvania; he sent the boys outside and opened fire on almost a dozen girls, killing five.”

And that’s it, two examples in the last four years! For a country that hates females it’s amazing how rarely someone gets killed just for having tits! Two incidents in four years – blacks and Jews should be so lucky!

Valenti also tries to add this to the tally…

“That same year in Colorado, a man sexually assaulted six female students he had taken hostage at a high school before killing one of them.”

Well, of course he picked females given that he was straight and probably planning to sexually assault them, as he also picked slightly-built blondes! What are we to assume if we use Valenti’s dubious logic? That he hated only small, blonde teenage girls? As for the murder of one of the girls, who else was he going to kill given that his hostages were female?

Valenti (that’s her in the pic, putting the lie to the idea that feminists are a bunch of humorless bitches) then proceeds to throw a bunch of outright lies at us. She implies for example that the 25 cent wage gap is all the doing of discrimination when most objective analysis shows it is for the most part justified, and she argues that the number of rapes is five times higher than claimed by the Justice Department, supposedly because women are a bunch of lame-brains who can’t tell when they’re being  raped!

She also makes the jump from her flimsily supported claims of sexism to completely insupportable claims about “the misogyny embedded in our culture”!

Oh yes, America clearly hates its women! If what American women get is hatred then all I can say is please give the menz some of that hatred! We would love to live longer than women, get murdered and commit suicide four times less often than women, and get more government aid despite paying less taxes! In the US itself I’m sure men would love to be so despised and downtrodden that they would be able to vote without having to sign up for the draft, and I’m sure men all over the Western world would  love to be the minority amongst the homeless, the drug addicted, the unemployed, and the incarcerated! Hatred? If what America has for its women is hatred then, to borrow a well-known line from a movie, “I’ll have what she’s having!”
