Reese Witherspoon Lies About Domestic Violence.

It’s getting to the point where I’m starting to think that  there isn’t a single woman in Hollywood who isn’t a man-hating harridan. From Nicole Kidman blithering about how great an international version of the VAWA would be, to Christina Ricci working on behalf of figure-inflating group RAINN, it’s starting to look as if Hollywood is filled with women who are at worst misandrist harpies and at best irresponsible jackasses.

Reese Witherspoon, an aesthetically overrated American actress who has during her 33 years seen thousands of  brain cells perish at the hands of her peroxide bottle, has gone to Old Blighty to tell the Brits what to do about Domestic Violence.

The lantern-jawed dimwit appeared on one of those propaganda-spewing morning shows to throw out the usual crap about “One in Three” without mentioning that said figure is based on a feminist definition of DV which few except her kind take seriously, and to whine about women this, women that, with not a single mention of the fact that at least a quarter of the victims of serious DV are men.

If you’re wondering where Blitherspoon got all her claptrap from, it seems that after lying down with feminist dogs, she has gotten up with feminist fleas, courtesy of a group called Refuge , which she describes as “a wonderful organization”. Here’s a screencap of the site …..

Notice the complete and utter absence of male faces and the slogan “For Women And Children. Against Domestic Violence”. Apparently men can get stuffed, and if the near-absence of children on the page is anything to go by, I  suspect that they mention children only as an after-thought, or as a way of seeming less self-centered. This is after all the modern feminist woman’s definition of altruism – women first, men and children can fuck off. Witherspoon seems to fall in line with this kind of thinking by claiming that what she is doing is “giving back”! How about that! A woman trying to improve the lot of women while ignoring the other half of the human race is “giving back”! When will we see a man who goes around helping only men get away with claiming that he is “giving back”? Can you imagine Bono and Geldof  wandering around the world  helping nobody but white males without being seen as anything other than self-serving bastards? Me neither, but when it comes to women, society sees them as so wonderful that even when they’re just helping their own cause they are allowed to portray themselves as saints.
