Women – They Get Worse Every Year!

Ive never bought the idea that women were less violent, at least by nature, than men, perhaps because I spent the first nine years of my life in Portugal, a country not known for white washing women’s dark side, and certainly not a country afflicted by the woman worshiping tradition of Anglo countries.

As Ive gotten older and more intellectually independent I have pretty much become convinced that by nature women are more violent than men. No doubt this has something to do with my being  of the view that we are for the most part what our society makes us,  so i look at the massively different way in which men and women are raised, and the way that those messages are reinforced throughout life, and I wonder, how the hell can these people, who are conditioned from babyhood onwards to be nonviolent, account for so much of society’s violence?

Women commit most of the serious child abuse, at least a quarter of the serious domestic violence between heterosexual couples, and between 18 and 33% of Americas serial killings. How can the difference in upbringing be so huge and the difference in violence so small? Women don’t get a third of the “Be violent and it’ll make you cool!” messages, they get less than 5 percent, even in our post-Buffy age. So as politically incorrect as it is, especially on my side of the political fence, I am pretty sure that the human race is just like our closest relatives the Bonobos – one of the few primates species wherein the female is by nature more violent than the male.

Even I however, have been surprised by the recent increase in reports of sexual abuse of  children by women, sexual perversion being something that seems to be dominated by males – check out who’s buying the S n M and Fetish stuff at your local porn store and you’ll see what I mean .

The UK’s Childline, a helpline specifically set up to help children, has reported a 132% increase in reports of sexual abuse committed by women over the last five years, compared to an increase of only 27% for reports of such abuse by men, and in calls where the children cited the sexual abuser’s gender, almost a quarter of the accused were women, with most of those being the victim’s own mother!

The findings are supported by Detective Chief Inspector Graham Hill, of the Child Exploitation And Online Protection Centre…

‘ChildLine’s findings are very much in line with our own’. ‘We come into contact with lots of female sex offenders and we know that there are a number of women who have a sexual interest in children and that they do sexually abuse children. The idea that’s it’s always a woman being coerced by a man is a myth.’

Hill also gives us quite  a few other interesting facts on female perps, including that they tend to operate alone as opposed to in networks (which of course reduces the numbers of these women that the police get to arrest, as they don’t have the opportunity to get a plea by turning in the other members of the ring) and that even though the females are the minority of such perpetrators their crimes tend to be of a more serious nature.

It’s grim reading but a great eye opener and should be read simply because, as one of the interviewees points out…

‘When the public hears a story being told they feel they’re not alone, and because they feel less isolated they feel more able to talk about something which is a hugely taboo topic,’

Which is why so many feminists and chivalrists  try to stop people talking about it – mustn’t let the truth out, regardless of how many people are being hurt, must we now?
