It seems that this entire sex trafficking thing, in Old Blighty at least, is not so much an exaggeration as a fabrication….
Urged on by the hysterical ravings of feminists and politicians who insisted that thousands of women were being illegally dragged into the UK and forced to work as prostitutes, the old Bill spent several months searching for the villains responsible and they found, well, not a hell of a lot…
According to The Guardian (of middle-class left wing values)…
“… during six months of national effort, they found only 96 people to arrest for trafficking, of whom 67 were charged.
Forty-seven of those never made it to court.
Only 22 people were finally prosecuted for trafficking, including two women who had originally been “rescued” as supposed victims. Seven of them were acquitted. The end result was that, after raiding 822 brothels, flats and massage parlours all over the UK, (the operation) finally convicted of trafficking a grand total of only 15 men and women.”
Gee, that’s pretty much what the men’s movement has been saying for years now, that the whole thing is a molehill being treated as a mountain, though I suspect even a lot of us were surprised at just how few scumbags they found.
But what’s really fascinating is this second article wherein Nick Davies outlines how all this happened, how the churches and the feminists colluded to concoct this entire panic in an effort to do away with (female) prostitution altogether, and how a figure of 142 trafficking victims was distorted again and again till Labor meat head Denis MacShane was blithering that “according to Home Office estimates, 25,000 sex slaves currently work in the massage parlors and brothels of Britain.”

Only two people have been convicted of sex-trafficking in Oz. Both were women. One Chinese, the other Vietnamese.

Not only does prostitution serve to be a huge guilt throwing issue to tell everyone that men are nasty and brutish and ‘buy’ women like cows; and sex-slavery is an enormous problem threatening to bring down the world and ruin hairdresser businesses by incarcerating the slaves and not letting them out for a weekly hiardo and manicure; but simultaneously it serves to show that women are ‘sexual beings’, ‘empowered’, ‘independant business-women’ and …. best of all they rip men off for money.
Pretty well the same can be said for porn. There the women porn-stars are expressing their sexuality and ripping off men.
There was an article you might have seen but not posted here ( so many, so little time and space) about a young female Oxford graduate who had shagged 900 men. Not a word of approbation from the feminist journalist. The only ommission in the article was a criticism that she didn’t charge the blokes for her ‘incredible’ feelings.
