Porky’s Days Treading The Boards

And now for a bit of light relief here we have an artist’s impression of my days as a ham actor at the Belvoir Theatre here in Sydney.

This was painted during my opening night performance of Hamlet, and as i recall, at this point i was delivering the immortal Bard’s line “To ham it up or not to ham it up, that is the question!”

During a holiday in Sydney, the great Olivier once remarked of my performances “This guy really sucks, but for some reason i can not pinpoint he makes me hungry!”
