Misandrist of The Month -Judge Carol Hackett Garagiola

We have all heard that there is a bias against fathers in family courts, and Judge Carol Hackett Garagiola provides us with some excellent supporting evidence.

A good old fashioned hanging judge who hangs them evil males from the highest limb and walks away with a sick grin on her face, Garagiola has a habit of ignoring expert advice when she’s looking to screw over a man.

Take the case of Bob Simpson, who had felt incredulous when his lawyer warned him that the judge was a man hater. Simpson had the ruling go against him even though his wife had broken the rules of their divorce agreement by moving out of the county. According to Mr Simpson, who seems to be breaking out of the false consciousness about how great the male sex has it…

“I feel screwed. I’m afraid to go before (Garagiola) because I’m a man. I feel like a Negro … in 1964 Mississippi. … I feel like there is prejudice going on here,” he said between bites of fried yard-bird with hot sauce. Well, of course you feel like a Negro in the old South, Bob – you’re an American male.

Michigan Newspaper “The Daily Press & Argus” took a look at over thirty of Garagiola’s cases, randomly selected, and came to the conclusion that the judge has a habit of denying fathers custody due to factors such as drug use, lack of money, mental illness etc, yet in similar cases where it’s mommy who has the drug problem or a mental illness, she still gets to go home with the kiddies even when the court appointed experts have opined that mom is not a fit parent.

And this isn’t just a case of a few disgruntled men making disgruntled grunts, as this walking Star Chamber of a woman has been found to be in the wrong by the Court of Appeals.

The case of the Basa family for example, led to The Michigan Court of Appeals finding against her, declaring that the judge  had “abused (her) discretion”,  that she  had not properly applied the law, and that her decision was “against the great weight” of the evidence.

And who does Garagiola blame for all this hubbub? Is it the old feminist standard of taking responsibility for your own wrongdoings? Of course not, she blames it on  a backlash against her work in domestic violence …

“It saddens me to hear that is a perception, but when you deal with domestic violence and take a strong position with it, that is very often the response you get”

Which is feminist code for “The menz is out to get me!”

So who exactly is this modern day Mathew Hopkins?

Garagiola went to a private Catholic School by the name of Mercy High, and according to their website…

“Carol’s legal experience spans 25 years and has been devoted to child protection, child custody, and the advancement of equal rights for women.”

The site also tells us that before becoming a Judge, Garagiola spent almost a decade as Legal and Policy Director for the Michigan Domestic Violence and Prevention Board, and that she has received several awards for her work in the DV field. Well, that sounds exactly like the kind of person who would be objective about these matters! So, hell girls, let’s make her a judge!
