“The alleged victim of the sexual assault admitted that the encounter that took place early Sunday morning was consensual” .
Rice also had this to say…
“I have launched an immediate criminal investigation into the statements and reports given by the woman in connection with this incident.”
Sounds promising i guess until you realize that Rice is probably setting up the evil little cow’s defense …

Funny because she didn’t seem to have a problem releasing the supposed perpetrators’ names when said were male, now that the supposed perpetrator is a woman, the standard has changed!
