Lady Gaga is Not A Feminist – Just A Bit Of A Twit.

In this interview, which i picked up at Feministing where the gals are pissed off at it, the absurdly monickered songstress responds to the question “Are you a feminist?” with “Shit, no! I luvz the menz!”, which seems to me to be an indication that, outside of the feminist cabal, people do realize that feminism is a pretty anti-male thing – too bad the women with the power refuse to acknowledge that. Not anti-male i hear you say? Take a look at the way feminists are trying to destroy shared parenting in Australia, the way they made sure men got only 56% of Obama’s job creation money even though they suffered 80% of job losses, and then tell me feminists don’t hate men.

Ironically Ms Gaga also assumes that the Norwegian guy interviewing her wouldn’t be asking about the sexuality in her music if she was a man – rather foolish given that being an American she almost certainly knows bugger-all about Norwegian mores! And then there’s her misuse of grammar, her claims to being neck-deep in a marinade of playgirls and monsters, and her hilarious claim to being a “strong” woman despite her fidgeting, nail picking, and the fact that she is hiding behind sunglasses! But hey, at least she knows feminism is not compatible with a love of men, so she aint all bad, just a bit too well-named!
